These terms govern your use of Klypr, operated by Klypr as a sole proprietorship, including joining our waitlist and receiving messages from us.

Messaging consent (SMS & calls)

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that Klypr may call and send you text messages about the beta and our service at that number, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

We may email you about the beta and our service. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not transactional messages about something you requested.

The beta

Access to the beta is limited and offered at our discretion. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Beta features are provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

Disclaimer & liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Klypr is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or our messages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
