This Privacy Policy explains how Klypr, a sole proprietorship (“Klypr,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you join our waitlist or use our service.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number and country. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, the date and time of that agreement, and the IP address it came from, as proof of consent.

How we use it

  • To review your request and invite you to the beta.
  • To contact you about the beta and our service by email, phone call, and text message, where you have agreed to that contact.
  • To schedule and hold onboarding or sales calls you book with us.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our service.

Calls, texts, and emails

If you give consent, we may call, text, and email you about the beta and our service. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about something you requested.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Klypr (for example, our database, email/SMS delivery, and scheduling providers), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses (CCPA/CPRA in California, GDPR/UK GDPR in Europe, and similar laws). Retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to invite you and run the beta, and our consent records for as long as needed to comply with the law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
